Time to rain on this parade.
To all the less fortunate players in Eve who need a secure 3rd party service for a contract deal under 100 billion isk, don't waste your time here. You'll have much better results if you go look somewhere else.
I have a small contract deal valued at under 10 bill isk that involves multiple party's and needs a trusted secure neutral 3rd party to verify contract conditions are completed before payment is issued.
I contacted Chribba about it who agreed to do it and even gave me a quote on a price for his service. I then informed the party's involved in the contract deal that Chribba would be 3rd party and handle the payments. The involved party's agreed and accepted this. After informing Chribba through Eve mail that I and the others involved were ready to start the contract, I receive notice from Chribba stating that he is now too busy to handle the job.
First of all, the response time to answer mail messages was extremely slow. It seems that Chribba rarely checks his Mail messages. I had to re-mail my messages when he was on-line just to get a reply. Our correspondence should have been completed within a couple of days but actually ended up taking almost 2 weeks.
Secondly, during those weeks, Chribba was rarely on-line which in turn was very frustrating since I have the other involved party's standing by waiting for confirmation of secured funds available. I understand that real life comes first. I'm just wondering why Chribba doesn't have someone else available to take over the business deals when needed.
Third, his reputation as a Neutral Trusted Secure 3rd Party Service is the only reason I contacted Chribba. After stringing me along for the past couple of weeks, I now have to inform the others involved in this contract deal that Chribba is now saying he's too busy to be 3rd party. This is not the way to conduct a business that's based on trust. As far as I'm concerned, Chribba and his word can not be trusted.
Chribba, I don't care how famous you are, how many web programs you've created or how many trillions of isk you've secured. Your conduct was very unprofessional, not to mention a complete waste of my time. The fact that you couldn't even refer another Trusted 3rd Party Service to help me says a lot about your character.
